Constructing a harmonious society should pay attention to people's psychological harmony.Psychological harmony is a positive,stable,harmonious feeling and state of individuals in the process of dealing with self,interpersonal,family and social problems.With the rapid development of preschool education,the psychological state of kindergarten teachers has gradually aroused hight concern from society and scholars.Kindergarten teachers are facing many stress in their work,such as high intensity,low social status,poor wages and so on,which will impact on their psychological states.Positive Psychology always advocates tapping and developing the positive resources that can protect individual mental health.When facing with stress,these resources can promote individual mental health.Therefore,in the hope of contributing to improve the psychological harmony of kindergarten teachers,this study explores the interrelation between kindergarten teachers' job stress and their psychological harmony level,and the protective role of sense of coherence and psychological capital in this process.This study has applied questionnarie method to put a survey on 529 kindergarten teachers in Henan Province.T-test,ANOVA,correlation analysis,regression analysis and Bootstrap test,are also applied to explore the relationship among kindergarten teachers' job stress,sense of coherence,psychological capital and psychological harmony.The results of this study are as follows:(1)The difference of job stress is significant in marital,age,position and kindergarten location,but not significant in gender and educational background;Psychological harmony differs significantly in kindergarten location,but not in gender,marital,age,educational background and position.(2)There are significant correlations among job stress,sense of coherence,psychological capital,and psychological harmony.Job stress is negative correlation with sense of coherence,psychological capital and psychological harmony,while there is a positive correlation among sense of coherence,psychological capital and psychological harmony.(3)Sense of coherence partially mediated the relationship between job stress and psychological harmony.Job stress has a negative predictive effect on sense of coherence and psychological harmony,while sense of coherence has a positive predictive effect on psychological harmony.(4)Psychological capital mederated the relationship between job stress and sense of coherence.The higher the psychological capital is,the weaker the negative impact of job stress on the sense of coherence is,and vice versa.Psychological capital has no moderating effect on job stress and psychological harmony.(5)Psychological capital,the moderator variable in the mediating process that job stress affects psychological harmony through the mediating variable Sense of coherence,only moderated the first half of mediating effect,and constitutes a moderated mediating model.
