With the rapid development of information technology and wide application, the network has become the students access to knowledge and the importance of various information channels, as college students are an important platform for daily life. But the network is a double scissors, which has an extensive and profound impact in college syudents'learning,living and their moral. This influence both positive and negative side. Moral educators in colleges and universities isinevitably facing the problem of how to respond to the opportunities and challenges caused by the information technologies. As a result,so to strengthen the moral education for using the Internet has become one of the critical issues for educating fresh undergraduates.This paper from the network and network characteristics of moral education, university of ethics and moral education of students network and the existent problem, analyzes the cause of the College Students Network Moral reasons, the use of SWOT analysis method, network and moral education of college students strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.And on this basis, proposed strengthening the network of moral education students suggestions and responses:a sound network of ethics, to enhance the operation of network management and supervision; reform the traditional moral education and the strengthening of the network construction of teaching; improve college students self-education ability.
