Volleyball aimed at changing the traditional teaching concepts, to promote quality education, improve the volleyball class curriculum programs, to promote the project in Shandong college volleyball is more healthy and orderly development courses provide a reference.The main conclusions emerging from the study are:1 volleyball title teacher's age structure and a reasonable structure, educational levels gradually increase, growing capacity for scientific research; but can not be effectively applied scientific research and teaching practice, training, fewer opportunities.2 Volleyball teachers with the right attitude, good overall teaching ability. Volleyball Lesson 3 students with a good attitude, but the general level of the volleyball, volleyball motives are good, but vulnerable to external factors; on the life-long sense of good sports, but participated in fewer extracurricular activities, and do not like volleyball class Volleyball is more passive way of knowledge acquisition.4 Volleyball teaching goal setting project on student psychological and social adaptation has attracted the attention of teachers; but not in the actual teaching and good performance.5 Volleyball teaching content arrangement does not meet the interest, hobby.
