With the implement of open policy of China, the Chinese teenagers have more opportunities to contact with the outside world and help them increase their knowledge.However,contacting with different cultures and moral concepts also makes great influence on the cultivation of their conventional morality.Thus, how to cultivate the teenagers with suitable morality has become an urgent task for us to complete.Building a socialist harmonious society is a significant strategic move put forward by the Central Committee of the Communist Party,which has not only injected fresh vigor and vitality into harmonious moral education in middle schools but also put a higher demand.Schools have the main duty to help teenagers to set up their moral character,but the moral education in the schools,especially secondary schools has encountered some problems,such as lack of the aimed,integrated,practical teaching methods.Harmonious moral education is the sacred mission of school education,but in the practice there are the phenomena of emphasizing knowledge yet neglecting morality as well as the separation between the two.The background, current situations and methods of the research on this problem are also illustrated in this paper.The middle school moral education would release from low efficiency situations of harmonious moral education and realize the new breakthrough by improving by itself and optimizing the middle school harmonious morality education environment. In the new century,the problems of moral education theory and practice in China have been referred to a new level.Researchers have no longer stayed in the footnotes to the classic and transmission and interpretation of Western theory,but based on the education and social reality of the new century.The traditional moral standards of life have lost its power in guiding social life, and many people have trouble in a pluralism society.When people reflect on the moral issues, moral education is expected to shoulder its responsibility.Yet the fact is that moral education today is in trouble itself. With the society moving and environment changing,the significant improvements of the moral education environment in middle schools are conducted currently,which request us to have to transform and optimize the school moral education environment to adapt to the recent situation.The factors influencing the moral education are various, including society,family and school aspects.The above factors are related to each other, and they themselves are also systematic.The schools would also realize the environmentization of moral education,only making contact with the society and the families, and establishing the harmonious moral education environment system which takes the middle school as radiant point.We think that we need to construct the harmonious moral environment which is suitable for the growth up of young students in the middle school.In this suitable education environment,the students will enjoy practical moral education, and this will help them turn the outer moral demand into their inner need of morality conscious, and further cultivate their moral behaviors.This is also helpful for the future improvement of whole Chinese citizens'level of competence.
