Research Of Teacher's Anti-school Culture

All of these days,teacher culture is one important part of orthodox culture. However, there are also disharmony factors in teacher culture.The phenomenon of teacher's anti-school culture is the best example to illustrate.Teacher's anti-school culture is the deviation of ideal school culture.The existence of it has adverse impact on the development of students,school and teachers. In order to accomplish the purpose of building excellent teacher culture and eliminate the disharmony factors, this paper choose the teachers in two primary schools as the subjects, and presents the typical scenes of teacher's anti-school culture in real life by means of Researching Lived Experience,and try to provide valuable suggestion for the reconstruction of school culture and teacher culture by analyzing the reason of teacher's anti-school culture.This paper consists of four parts:The first part of the paper is an introduction,which discusses the origin of the research,introduces the relevant researches at home and abroad, and shows the purpose and definition.The second part of the paper is the behavior of teacher's anti-school culture. This part chooses three aspects of teacher's school life to show its specific performance. Firstly,teacher's anti-school culture on education reform,it mainly focuses on the teacher's alienation and resistance to the help of the professors,teacher's resistance to the help from outside.Secondly, teacher's attitude towards school management.It mainly focuses on the irregular teacher behavior and teacher's perfunctory. Thirdly, teacher's attitude to the students,it shows us the lack of fair teacher love and the punishment on students from teacher.The third part of the paper is the analysis of teacher's anti-school culture.In this section.We try to analyze the deeper reason of teacher's anti-school culture by presenting the manifestation of the teacher's anti-school culture.Based on the analysis,we can find the factors which influence teacher's anti-school culture:the control of human natural,social transformation,the causes in school culture and the contradiction in teacher's role.The fourth part of the paper is the suggestions for the construction of teacher's anti-school culture.A lot factors work upon the construction of the teacher culture,so teacher culture should construct from in—out two sides.
