The reform of the sport's new curriculum in high school, as a carrier and implementation of education and organizers of practice with physical education teachers, the level of professional quality is directly related to its ability to actually implement the reforms proposed and implemented the specific objectives and tasks. For only high-quality physical education teachers can understanding and awareness the new curriculum's philosophy and purpose in sports and health reform, and to make bold innovations in practice, and to research, and to explore, the implementation of the curriculum reform in order to effectively achieve the goal of transforming education and teaching . Physical education teachers develop professional quality of teacher education research has become the focus of research. Therefore, How about new requirements for the professional quality of the high school physical education teachers on the reform of high school's new curriculum, and how to develop their professional qualities of teachers to adapt the needs of the new curriculum reform, how difficulties and problems the teachers will encounter in the new curriculum's reform ,and how to promote and foster the professional teachers to enhance the quality ,such as research has important theoretical and practical significance.By reading relevant literature and a large number of experts, scholars and teachers on the basis of interviews, the first use of expert questionnaire survey of high school physical education teachers in the new curriculum reform, to build the index system of the professional quality of. According to this index system , survey the status for the professional quality of of teachers of Hebei Province, and learn abour the quality of the current situation and existing problems, and propose appropriate training strategies that to provide theoretical support and learn from for improve the overall level of professional quality of teachers, so as to provide a useful reference and promotional value for training the quality of teachers.Research process through the use of literature, investigation methods and mathematical statistics and other research methods, through in-depth analysis of specific investigations and feasibility studies, concluded as follows:(1) According to the requirements of physical education teacher's professional quality in new high school curriculum, cover the indicators into their professional ideas, expertise and professional competence. Professional philosophy includes the concept of teachers and students view, study concept, students view and evaluation; expertise include ontonological knowledge, conditional knowledge and practical knowledge; professional competence including the ability of physical education, sports and scientific research ability, physical evaluation capacity, organizational capacity and physical activity of physical education curriculum resource development.( 2) Investigation on tatus of Hebei high school sport's teacher'professional quality under the new curriculum reforms, the results were as follows: the concept of teacher professional sports has not completely changed, some teachers are relatively old concept; ontological knowledge levels than the general good, but the mastery of knowledge is not enough balance; to grasp the overall condition of the general level of knowledge; practical knowledge to master the situation better; physical education ability is better , physical education evaluation is capacity, research capacity is poor , sports organizational skills is strong, sense of physical education curriculum resource development and capacity is poor.( 3) The training strategies of the professional quality of the high school physical education teachers in Hebei Province, the new curriculum reform in: updating the professional concept of teachers, and enhance awareness curriculum; strengthen the system, strengthen incentives; step up publicity efforts to establish a typical case, create a good atmosphere; establish diversity, three-dimensional culture system of teacher training; establish targeted teachers 'mentoring' training mode; teachers should self-improvement and cooperation to further strengthen the awareness and ability .
