A new round of new curriculum reform is in implementing. The deepest reform between school curriculum and teaching reform is the one of school culture. However, teacher's culture is the core of the most vigorous part of school culture, and it's gained a whole new interpret in the reform of new curriculum. Great circumstance of teacher's culture impulses the development of teacher's major and the quality of school management.The foundation of this paper's theory is the theory of teacher's culture and implication of new curriculum of Hargreaves'.I re-comprehend and remedy the individualism of teacher's cultural and the teacher collaboration culture by the research of teacher's culture of Primary and secondary school of Chinese. On this basis, in the situation of China I propose a new type of teacher's culture-teacher's culture of Rubik's Cube, and I interpret its strategy of implementation.By the research of teacher's culture of Primary and secondary school of Chinese, I find that there are obvious differences of interdisciplinary of communication, artificial cooperation works together spontaneously, the teaching and misunderstanding of research group of school and some other features in teacher's culture in primary and secondary school.This paper re-examines the relationship of the individualism teacher culture and the collaboration teacher culture. First of all, it analyzes the individualism teacher culture, displays the reason why people misunderstand the individualism teacher culture and the attitude towards it, and re-analyzes the true meaning of the individualism teacher culture from the point of Etymology, and rectifies the individualism teacher culture.The second, it repositioned the relationship of the individualism teacher culture and the collaboration teacher culture, and issues a new perspective about the continuum of the research about teacher culture.The writer combining with the characteristics of existing teacher's culture, propose a new type of teacher's culture-teacher's culture of Rubik's Cube, and explain its mode and characteristics of constructing of teacher's culture in detail. And then from the visible hand-external intervention mechanism-and the invisible hand-internal incentive mechanism-â… propose two new implementation strategies of teacher's culture.
