Vocational education as a type of higher education development in China,its training goal is"to bring up the application-based and qualified specialists for the national and local economy on manufacture, construction, management and service lines. Accordingly the senior vocational schools strengthen the discipline of pouring knowledge and skills into students. Twenty-first century requires not only talent and knowledge, but also a comprehensive development of mind, especially strong will and adaptability. the long-term problems of emphasizing on intelligence but ignoring morality, especially the lack of training on students'moral mental health and setback coping, have led the students'short of anti-frustrating conscious and then influenced the full development of their qualities. For the implementation of higher enrollment and tuition reform in university, there is a much increasing proportion of poor students, and they have to face the dual pressure of money and mentality. Once these problems are not resolved, it is easy to form a psychological barrier and generate a strong sense of frustration. Therefore, poor students should get more concern from college and society to improve their mental quality and promote their growing up through the training of anti-frustration.Compared with common college students, vocational College students have their own features such as varied student sources, worse basic knowledge, lower social assessment and recognition, etc, which are easy to cause students'serious self-abasement. In contrast, the greater pressure on the poor students produces much self-frustration on adaptation, communication, love, study, career and so on. Because they cannot set up the right frustration concept, they tend to give up on themselves and make no progress, and thus this has become the outstanding problems of the ideological education in the present vocational colleges.To this end, vocational colleges must take timely and effective ways to help poor students to establish a correct concept of frustration, improve their ability to resist setback, so that they can maintain a healthy emotional state and positive attitude towards life, promote students'comprehensive quality and improve their full development, then truly become the country's highly skilled experts with ability and integrity. This could be further illustrated like this: guiding students to establish the correct setbacks through frustration courses; providing economic help and human concern for poor students, together with the offer of work-study program, tuition waiver and scholarship, etc. in order to fulfill their basic life needs; Establishing the prevention system against frustration education to enhance students'theoretical management, improve the teaching quality and help students escape from frustration; ensuring the teaching plan together with the quantity and quality of social practice so that students could effectively cooperate the basic education theory with practice; In addition, family and community support is also an important guarantee for the implementation of frustration in vocational institutes. Only by helping students set up correct frustration idea and bring up anti-frustration ability could allow students to master knowledge and skills at the same time, have a good mental quality in order to become qualified constructor and successors of socialism in the new century.
