Research purposes:Movement is a special physiological and pathological processes, is also a stressor. Moderate exercise is conducive to the promotion of human health and enhance athletic performance, when the exercise intensity or duration than the heart of the bear and defense capabilities, will result in exercise induced cardiac injury. Wistar rats were used in this experiment the week the establishment of exhaustive swimming exercise myocardial injury model was observed immediately after exercise, 3h, 6h, 24h, 48h and 96h six different time of serum NO, SOD, MDA content of the dynamic changes to explore the oxygen free radicals in exhaustive exercise-induced myocardial injury,Fitness for the athletes and the general public to provide a theoretical basis.METHOD: 87 rats were randomly divided into 8 groups, quiet control group (n = 15), exhaustive swimming in 7 groups (based on drawn immediately after exercise were divided into two groups, 3 hours, 6 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours and 96 hours group, n = 12 rats). Quiet control rats without any movement; repeated exhaustive swimming exercise group to the exhausted state of swimming per day, continuous 1 week. Thomas based on the classic method of establishing exercise-induced myocardial injury in experimental animal models. High 60cm, diameter 55cm plastic drums as a rat swimming tank, depth 50cm, water temperature (33±2)℃. Adaptive feeding animals 1 week after purchase. Two days before the formal experiment conducted adaptive swimming, every 10 minutes. Rat tail and body mass of 2% of negative load, to the exhausted state of swimming per day (experimental process, a exhaustive swimming time of not less than 3 hours), continuous 1 week. Exhaustive criterion used by the "after 10s after the animal is still unable to return to the surface as the standard," while observing the physical condition of animals, when the animal is extremely uncoordinated movements immediately upon its fish out from the water, using hot air to dry fur to prevent the animals sick. After exercise were measured indicators.RESULTS:①After one week different time after exhaustive exercise compared serum NO levels are elevated immediately after exercise, serum NO was significantly higher (P<0.05), followed by a gradual increase, 3h peak, then gradually reduced, 24h down to the bottom, 48 hours, again, reached a peak 96 hours decreased, showing two cyclical changes.②After one week exhaustive exercise after different time of serum total SOD showed no significant change (P>0.05); compared with the pre-exercise after exercise at different time CuZn-SOD Jieyou significantly lower (P<0.05 and P<0.01) ; Mn-SOD were significantly higher (P<0.05 and P<0.01).③After one week immediately after exhaustive exercise increased serum MDA levels,However, before exercise compared with no significant difference (P>0.05), and then gradually reduced, 24h up to bottom, and before exercise significant difference (P<0.05), followed by a gradual increase, but no significant difference ( P>0.05).CONCLUSION: Immediately after exhaustive exercise a week to 96h, ECG ST-T rats showed two cyclical changes (after the first elevation lower, then raise and then lower), indicating the existence of myocardial damage immediately and delayed damage. NO also showed two cyclical changes and myocardial damage immediately, delayed injury associated with the relatively large, while no significant changes in SOD, MDA has a similar change, but not very significant, also shows a certain degree of myocardial injury related .
