Campus is an important part of social system. Construction of a harmonious campus is an important position and link in building a socialist harmonious society.In recent years, building a harmonious campus has become a community concern, particularly the education sector and research focus. This review based on the research of harmonious campus, deep into the school teaching, research, management, first-line learning , and comprehensive use of relevant subject knowledge. In accordance with begins with the bringing forward of the topic for discussion, then analyses the issue, and finally puts forward feasible suggestions, make a more in-depth analysis of this subject. Thesis is divided into four parts:The first part elaborates the significance of building a harmonious campus. First of all, the connotation of harmony defines the campus, point out that harmonious campus takes campus as the carrier, fair as the cornerstone, good faith as the moral and institutional basis, identification as the psychological basis, emotional and cultural foundation, harmony as the basic element. It is not only each system and structure within the campus proper, but also including the work attitude and mental condition of the teachers, students, managers and interpersonal relations in good conditions. All these elements have been coordinated operation, positive interaction, played the greatest function. Second, it discussed the status and role of building a harmonious campus, and proved building a harmonious campus is the practical needs of social harmony, school development and students taught.The second part points out the goals and principles of building a harmonious campus .Construction of harmonious campus is a system and complex project, which needs the guidance of the right objectives and the norm of scientific principles, and timely resolves problems and conflicts in construction of harmonious campus, in order to ensure the smooth and orderly development of construction of harmonious campus.
