The new curriculum standards come up with knowledge and skills, processes and methods, attitudes and values of trinity curriculum aims. With the development of the new curriculum, the teaching method of secondary school physics has changed a lot. However, during the past physics teaching process, the traditional teaching method still accounts for a large proportion. Meanwhile, for most classes, the teachers always talk a lot, leaving few chances for the students to think and discuss by themselves. Many students agree that one of the difficulties to study physics is that they know what the teachers have taught in class, but they seem to have nothing to do when they do some exercises on their own.In order to foster the students'comprehensive quality and to solve the problems of studying physics, I bravely bring a new teaching model--- Exercise Introduction into my physics class from the enlightenment of Class Introduction.If the students want to make the Exercise Introduction successfully, they must experience the process of cooperating ,discovering, thinking, exploring, and studying. Then turn them into vivid languages, expressing them standardly. Meanwhile, this method trains the students'various abilities, improving the students'positivity and enthusiasm. The students have become the main role of the class.Through our bold attempt, we find the students are taking more interest in physics, increasing their enthusiasm,have more problems to discuss, and their expressing ability improved. Teachers are able to escape from the heavy job of talking for more than forty minutes with full of chalk to charging the class easily.Surprisingly the student achievement has not decreased, on the contrary, continuously truough several tests, the test classes have been outstanding.
