The Research On The Pt-based Self-learning Support System Under The Web Environment

In recent years,with the rapid development of the internet and multimedia technologies, e-Learning has appeared. Characterized by its convenience, openness, interactive and richness in natural resources, e-learning has appealed the majority of learners to participate in it, and it becomes a widely used way of learning. Learners can visit schools'learning sites, Quality Course website, blog, podcast, network learning communities, the major learning forums, etc. to meet their learning needs.Now the Web-based self-learning support system is a platform for e-learning, it provides a good support for students.However, besides the convenience it provides for students'learning, there are also some problems, the quality and effect of e-learning is not as what we wished. Especially for the learners with poor self-discipline, they always have poor motivation to learn, and have Low utilization rate of resources, low learning efficiency and low self-evaluation, so how to organize and use the web resources effectively and to establish a good learning support system become the key problem to solve. Therefore, searching for an advanced method to guide the construction of the current EPSS of self-study has important theoretical and practical value. The paper mainly uses the performance technology as a guide, and it researches the support system of web-based self-learning, its aim is to give a design method and to design a functional model for the system.According to the characteristics of e-learning and the existing problems, this topic will research how to introduce performance technology theory into the design of the learning support system. The paper has carried out from the following aspects.(1) Research on the concepts and theories of web-based self-learning and performance technology. It mainly analyzes the basic concepts and the relevant theories, along with the analysis of the research's feasibility.(2) Make requirements'analysis on the web-based self-learning support system with the theory of performance technology's process. Requirements Analysis is divided into three stages, that is performance analysis of the network self-learning support system, cause analysis and practical design of intervention strategies. Based on the analysis, we proposed a chart of online learning process.(3) Analyze the performance's objectives and performance's status of the system, and find out the gaps, analyze the causes of the gaps, then bring forward some feasible strategies to solve the problems.(4) Achieve the main functions of the PT-based self-learning support system. It includes systematic analysis of the key technologies used in the system, and the design of the database. Then under the guidance of the performance technology, develops a web-based self-learning support system on" College English reading tutorial", and realize some key technologies.After a series of studies, this paper makes certain achievements. It achieves an initial attempt to the construction of the PT-based learning system. And the future research is mainly to further improve the problem-solving design.
