Since the reform and opening up of China over the past thirty years, the higher education in our country has taken a great change, especially the higher vocational education. With the realization of higher education popularized, the improvement of education quality and the Optimization of teaching body have attracted more and more attention in the higher vocational schools. Teachers are the key factors to improve the education quality and the personnel training quality, so to build a full-time or part-time teachers'team with great political quality, optimum structure, high spirits and relative stability meets the demand of new situations and new era.Teachers'management institution is the base and precondition to practice scientific management. At present, the overall competence of teachers in higher vocational schools is not optimistic and still has a long way to go compared with some developed countries. At the same time, the obsolete teachers'management institution and the backward management system won't satisfy the development of the higher vocational schools. So it's very important and necessary to strengthen the theoretical investigation and practice exploration of teachers'management in higher vocational schools; only to broaden thoughts and to find new countermeasure can the overall competence of teachers in higher vocational schools be improved, the healthy development of higher vocational education be realized and more practical talents be turned out in our country.Compensation system is one of the most important factors for the manpower resource management. The basic principles are competition for outers,equity for inters,internal inspiration,and encouragement for individual. According to the internal universities,most faculty's enthusiasm lie on the amount of their wages and rewards. Compared to other colleges and universities,the higher vocational colleges started very late in China. Although the government attaches the great importance to vocational education recent years, their financial supply is still limited. Therefore,the faculty's wages amounts are at a relatively low level. It possesses very important and realistic significance to research the reform of faculty compensation system for harmonizing wage relations,overcoming the equalitarianism of wage allocating,arousing the faculty's enthusiasm and creativity, strengthening continue development and ability of competition.The research for the motivation mechanism of faculty compensation system can mainly start from the following sections: The first part is about the relative theory .It mainly brings forward the relative theory foundation of compensation system and motivation mechanism. The second part is about the analysis of the A vocational college faculty's compensation system. After comparing, analyzing the faculty compensation system, then points out the some problems for exist in the some vocational college faculty's compensation system. The third part is about the reform strategy of faculty compensation system.
