Along with the development of higher education from elite to mass, all social sectors pay attention to the assurance and upgrading of educational quality. Since 2007, China's official launch of "Quality of Undergraduate Education and Teaching Reform Project" (the "Quality Project") since, as a component of the project the teaching team building many educational researchers have become an important research topic. By "quality engineering" system, an overview of studies suggest that the teaching team is defined as the reform and teaching missions of teaching needs in order to enhance teaching and quality of personnel training to promote the improvement of the overall quality of teachers as the fundamental objective of promoting the teaching content and methods of reform and research to promote the exchange of experience teaching seminars and teaching, developing teaching resources, promoting the teaching of the ages combined focus, from a high level of teaching and academic attainments deep professors led by the knowledge and ability to complement each other, clear division of labor, mutual responsibility and mutual solidarity and cooperation of a small number of teachers in the composition of groups.Of its constituent elements, including the common goal of team-building, clear the team norms, investment of resources necessary to protect the team, rational team structure and a harmonious cultural atmosphere of the team, with team members of the innovation, members of the horizontal co-operation, team development, sustainability, the team features such as long-term effects.The theoretical basis for teaching team building team development stage of mainly by the theory, team-building theory, theory of teacher professionalism, performance management theory, team cohesion theory, constitute a self-organization theory. To strengthen the teaching team-building can not only promote the professional development of teachers and improve quality of personnel training, but also to promote the effective integration of teaching resources to strengthen the building of professional disciplines.However, studies have found that the current teaching team-building at the macro level there are eastern and western provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) in the teaching team building on the disparities, the development of different disciplines, there are differences of teaching teams, in the level of priority as compared with the research team, there are differences of problems, the micro level there is a lot of the teaching team has not formed a clear and consistent goal of team-building, the lack of necessary investment of resources to protect the team, the lack of strict and perfect team normative system, the lack of scientific and reasonable team size and structure of the human atmosphere of neglect of teaching team-building, the internal management of the situation, there are many problems situation. Cause analysis by the status quo, the article put forward in support of the environment, to strengthen institutional support, resources and investment to strengthen the team in-house building target building, staff team-building, the internal management of the building, teaching building, team building cultural atmosphere, as well as improve the teaching team the construction of assessment and evaluation strategies.
