Along with the in-depth reform of higher education system, institutions of higher learningbearing the responsibility to foster the professionals for the fields of high technology. And practicalteaching is the important teaching link to cultivate student’s creative spirit and practical ability,which has become the significant part of talent training, however, the traditional education conceptsand teaching method has been unable to adapt new claims of the talent training of higher education.While “team work, concerted innovation” is going to become the consensus of the whole society.Team is group’s concerted innovation, win-win cooperation, full participation and the efforts pooledfrom the whole school. Only in this way, team construction can gain a qualitative leap, and themotivating force of school development would be in a steady stream.In China, both the number of school and student are occupied the huge proportion in worldhigher education scale. Comparatively speaking, the disparity in practical ability is quiet obvious.The weakness of practical teaching link, the lack of practical teaching team, and the neglect of thepractical education concept are all the stumbling blocks of the further improvement of the teachingquality and development of higher education. In order to foster the creative and practical talentswith high-quality of the times characteristics, the institutions of high learning should strengthen allthe links of practical teaching, integrate all the resources, build a practical teaching team with“3+1+1” team structure. And promote students’ professional skills in an all-round way, improvingstudents’ practical innovation ability comprehensively.Through the analysis of policy and the research of current demand, combining the theory withpractice, this paper regards two universities’ practical teaching team situation as the cut-in point,with the methods of questionnaire survey and and depth interview, makes an in-depth analysis to theexisting policy and the current problems in practical teaching team construction, and try to putforward the feasible measures to the practical teaching team construction for the first time. Andintegrate laboratory, base, practical teaching resources and establish concerted innovation platform,cultivate students’ sense of social responsibility and practical innovation ability, in which toimplement the practical teaching, and promote the practical education work.
