At the beginning of the 21 st century,in the face of the educational quality problems caused by the popularization of education,the state put forward positive countermeasures.In 2003,the Ministry of education put forward the implementation measures for the construction of excellent courses,from the micro perspective of curriculum construction to improve the quality of education and teaching,and further improve the quality of personnel training.Then,influenced by the domestic and foreign education environment,the construction of excellent courses in China has gone through the stages of excellent open courses,excellent online open courses and first-class undergraduate courses.Practice has proved that the construction of excellent courses is a systematic and long-term project,which is difficult to be completed by one person alone.The working mode of teaching team has become the best choice for teachers to construct excellent courses.As the designer,builder and manager of curriculum,the teaching team,which is mainly composed of university teachers,is of great significance to the improvement of talent quality,the development of teachers' professional ability and the innovation of grass-roots teaching organizations.Therefore,how to strengthen the construction of teaching team of excellent courses in Colleges and universities is a subject worthy of study.On the basis of combing and analyzing domestic and foreign literature and policy texts,combined with the theory of team development stage and the theory of total quality management,this paper analyzes the situation of the construction of teaching team of excellent courses in Colleges and universities in Henan Province.Using the interview method,the team members of some excellent courses teaching teams of Henan University,Henan University of finance,economics and law,Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine and North China University of water conservancy and hydropower were randomly selected as the research objects.Based on the existing research subject literature and the requirements of the evaluation index system for the construction of excellent courses on the teaching team,the teaching team of excellent courses in Colleges and universities was constructed The dimensions of team building mainly include team objectives,team structure,team cooperation,team culture,team system and team achievements.They are interviewed in depth and the results are analyzed.It is found that the problems of team building mainly include low achievement of team goals,imperfect team organization structure,loose team cooperation form,imperfect team building mechanism and difficult to quantify team achievements.Further in-depth analysis of the reasons behind the problem is mainly manifested in four aspects: the policy content is not clear enough,the school system is lack of protection,the team building is lack of long-term planning,and the time and energy of teachers are limited.Based on the above research,practical countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of team objectives,team structure,team cooperation,team culture,team management,team environment,etc.
