With the development of information infrastructure in the higher education, some institutions have begun to develop digital curriculum and online teaching. The fine course construction and network teaching have begun to develop faster and faster. As we known that the teaching services for learning, so it is the ultimate goal of teaching that studies the network learning situations, analyses the factors which affect learning, and adjusts instructional design and strategies based on influencing factors in order to gain good learning performance.A survey has been taken by questionnaire and interview in the Henan universities and found that three main reasons influencing the E-learning, which are learners themselves, learning partners and learning environment. Therefore it has became an important aspect of network teaching and research at this stage that improves the learner's comprehensive ability, enhances the quality of interaction, makes up for deficiencies in the learning environment and resources, and integrates above-mentioned dimensions, thereby enhances the E-learning's quality and adaptability, improves the comprehensive quality of learners.Student's learning adaptability not only has a direct impact on the development of academic and mental health, but also gives play to potentially significant value to the future. However, with the same as traditional learning the online teaching also has learning inadaptability, and presents new and more complex features, which showed in the lack of knowledge, the ability of solving problem is weak, learning subjectivity is deficient, and finally resulted in internet lost and addiction. The paper summarized the E-learning adaptability and self-management learning, analyzed detailedly the factors affecting network learning based on questionnaire survey; Secondly, put forward reasonable strategies in accordance with influencing factors, and built integrated intervention model based on self-management learning representation model; Then, put the model into practice on the Moodle platform, investigated and analyzed the effects by questionnaires. Finally, a summation is made to generalize the work in this paper. Suggestions are proposed for further research.
