At present,good learning adaptability is an inevitable requirement to improve the quality of personnel training in the era of knowledge economy.At the same time,it is also the key to improve the quality of blended learning based on MOOC in universities.However,with the development of teaching practice,students have some learning inadaptability problems in the blended learning based on MOOC.These problems are concentrated in learning attitude is not positive,autonomous learning ability is insufficient,not adapted to the learning environment,can't combine online and offline content,lack of learning communication and other aspects.Therefore,to explore the influencing factors of blended learning adaptability based on MOOC,on this basis,developing a scientific intervention plan to improve the academic adjustment of college students,which has become an important research topic of blended learning based on MOOC.Based on this,this study focuses on the theme of "influencing factors and interventions of blended learning adaptability based on MOOC",exploring four core questions:(1)What are the components of blended learning adaptability based on MOOC?How to measure the blended learning adaptability of college students based on MOOC?(2)What are the main influencing factors of blended learning adaptability based on MOOC?(3)What are the logical relationships among the influencing factors of blended learning adaptability based on MOOC?What are the effects of these factors on blended learning adaptability based on MOOC?(4)How to design systematic interv-ention for blended learning adaptability based on MOOC?How effective is the intervention?How to optimize further?In order to solve the above problems,this study has carried out a series of work by comprehensive use of literature research,in-depth interview,questionnaire survey,grounded theory,observation,action research and other methods,and reached the following research conclusions:(1)The determination of the basic composition of blended learning adaptability and its influencing factors based on MOOC.Under the guidance of theoretical basis,literature review,student interview,expert consultation and other methods are adopted to determine the basic composition of blended learning adaptability and its influencing factors based on MOOC.Firstly,blended learning adaptability based on MOOC mainly consists of six parts:learning attitude,learning task,Autonomous learning ability,learning communication,learning environment,physical and mental health.Secondly,the influencing factors of blended learning adaptability based on MOOC include learning motivation,academic self-efficacy,teacher teaching,learning support,MOOC platform and course content quality six aspects.(2)The Development of scales of blended learning adaptability and its influencing factors based on MOOC.On the basis of determining the basic composition of blended learning adaptability and its influencing factors based on MOOC,blended learning adaptability and its influencing factors scales based on MOOC are prepared by project analysis,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.(3)The construction of influencing factors model of blended learning adaptability based on MOOC.Through investigation,it is found that the six influencing factors have different ways and degrees of influence on learning adaptability.Among them,learning motivation has a direct significantly impact on learning adaptability,and the total effect size on learning adaptability is 0.237.Academic self-efficacy not only has a direct significantly impact on learning adaptability,but also has an indirect impact on learning adaptability through academic motivation.The total effect size on learning adaptability is 0.397.Teacher teaching has indirect effects on learning adaptability through academic self-efficacy,learning motivation and learning support respectively,and the total effect value on learning adaptability is 0.459.Learning support not only has a direct significantly impact on learning adaptability,but also has an indirect impact on learning adaptability through learning motivation.The total effect size on learning adaptability is 0.611.MOOC platform has a direct significantly impact on learning adaptability,with a total effect size of 0.481 on learning adaptability.The quality of course content has indirect effects on learning adaptability through MOOC platform and academic motivation respectively,and the total effect size on learning adaptability is 0.280.(4)The design of blended learning adaptability intervention model based on MOOC.On the basis of relevant studies and theoretical basis inspiration,and according to the interaction between the influencing factors of learning adaptability,this study designs a blended learning adaptability intervention model based on MOOC.Learning adaptability intervention model consists of three main hierarchies,namely,intervention concept,intervention strategy and activity design from top to bottom.First of all,the intervention concept includes four aspects:"internal and external considerations,overall planning","people-oriented,democratic and harmonious","interactive exchange,win-win cooperation" and "technology-driven and construction-promoting".Secondly,the intervention strategy includes three parts:teacher level,student level and curriculum resource level.Finally,in terms of activity design,the intervention concept and strategy are organically integrated into online autonomous learning,offline collaborative learning and online deepening learning.(5)The verification of the implementation effect of the blended learning adaptability intervention model based on MOOC,on this basis,it is modified.Based on the learning adaptability intervention model and the blended curriculum of modern educational technology,this study carries out teaching practice activities and tests the effectiveness of the intervention with the method of action research.Through three rounds of iterative experiments,the process and outcome performance of students are analyzed.According to the implementation effect of each round,the intervention model and its application are reviewed and improved.The result verification of the intervention model finds that:?Process performance,in terms of online,the number of students discussions gradually increased,the proportion of active questions and other discussion content gradually increased.In terms of offline,the proportion of students' speech gradually increased,the quantity and quality of students'answers to questions improved,the number of initiative ask questions gradually increased,the duration and proportion of high-learning engagement behaviors gradually increased,and the proportion of low-learning engagement behaviors gradually decreased.?Results performance,in the course of multiple rounds of intervention,students' learning adaptability,unit knowledge mastery and reflection level are gradually improved.The creative achievements of this research are mainly reflected in the exploration and formation of relevant achievements of blended learning adaptability of college students based on MOOC from the perspective of combining theory with practice.(1)In theory level.Exploring and defining related concepts of blended learning adaptability based on MOOC,compiling scales of blended learning adaptability based on MOOC and its influencing factors,and building a model of influencing factors of blended learning adaptability based on MOOC,which enrich the theoretical system of learning adaptability to some extent.A blended learning adaptability intervention model based on MOOC is designed to broaden the intervention theory and method of learning adaptability.(2)In practical level.According to the blended learning adaptability intervention model based on MOOC,three rounds of teaching practice are carried out to verify the effect of the intervention model from two aspects of students' process performance and outcome performance.According to the implementation effect of each round,the intervention model and its application are reviewed and improved.
