Over the period of compulsory education, to make the students practice the scientific inquiry skills,have pragmatic attitude and spirit of innovation, the aims of the Physics Curriculum Reform pay more attention to transformation in relation to many educational issues including turning the knowledge accumulation to inquiry process and the learning from passively to actively. This needs the students to experience natural inquiry process in order to construct knowledge meaning by themselves but not learning apparently. Owing to the lack of experimental resources,exam-oriented education and so on, students learn just for nothing but taking examinations. The Physics Teaching is established based on the experiments so some of physics knowledge can be gotten by carrying out physics experiments. Owing to the physics labs are mainly in the schoolyard or campus, which can not meet the needs of so many inquiry-based experiments with a lot of forms. Some of them must be finished outside of the school, especially Home Physics Experiments can help us to do some experimental inquiry and scientific investigation.So carrying out the Home Physics Experiments is essential for both being supplement for school experiments to make the students learn in a real teaching scene and they can construct knowledge meaning actively, and making them feel that physics is near to real life and helping us to meet the Physics Three-dimensional targets.This article shows that the Home Physics Experiments can be carried out based on the Constructivism,Situated Cognition Theory,Ausubel's meaningful learning theory and connect them with psychological characteristics of junior high school students, to propose three principles including help from the teachers and action of the students,inquiry knowledge and develop skills,create scene and enrich it. The Home Physics Experiments of learning activities is in line with the above principles. It can promote to construct knowledge meaning for students. And to the above-mentioned principles, the author designs experiments examples related to it according to the principles above and carry out it in the students of grade two. At last, we analyze the result with the help of SPSS and Excel statistical tools, which are following:(1)By carrying out the Home Physics Experiments, the beginning student to learn physics can be stimulated interest in it. They will consider that physics is not boring and dull but near to the real world. In this way, they could have a will to learn and inquiry. What is more, it makes them to grasp the means of learning things around us. This point is helpful for them in the future.(2)The students can learn and understand the meaning of the physics conception and area of physics laws deeply, by their experience, and feel it is not difficult to learn physics. Through this way, they will construct their meaning of knowledge while have more chances to practice to promote their experiment skills.(3)The students must finish the experiments from trying to find the resources,making instruments,carrying out the experiments,observation and analyzing the results to get the physics laws by themselves. During this process, students can gain a deeper understanding of the significance of physical knowledge. They can not only practice the work and solve the problems on their own and pragmatic attitude but also achieve their innovations and divergent thoughts.All in all, considering Home Physics Experiments'special equipment and ground of experiment, author brings out the wariness about it, especially for the students who learn physics for a short time. In this condition, the parents and teachers must Support and help them to finish the Home Physics Experiments continuously to promote many skills for them , so that the physical concept of the new curriculum can be reflected in the Home Physics Experiment.
