The new curriculum emphasizes: " we should change the tendency that teaching pays too much attention to teaching the knowledge, emphasize the importance of attitude to active learning and regard the process to obtain the basic knowledge and basic skills of learning as the process to learn to study and form the correct values", " we should change the phenomenon that the curriculum emphasizes negative learning and mechanical training,students are encouraged to participate in the learning actively, and be willing to explore, practice, we should also cultivate the students’ ability to collect and deal with information,and the ability to acquire new knowledge, analysis and solve the problem.". "The new Standard curriculum(2011)" pointed out: "physics is a scientific and natural subject which emphasis on the experiment.In this stage physics curriculum should pay attention to the students’ getting and exploring the experiment process and learning science knowledge,it also attaches the importance to improving the ability to solve and analyze the problem ", aiming to changing the learning centre from the accumulation of knowledge to the process of acquiring knowledge, from passive acceptance of knowledge to taking the initiative to acquire knowledge. But because of the lack of laboratory resources, we have been unable to meet the demand under the background of new curriculum, there are a large number of diverse forms of inquiry physics experiment teaching, therefore, the new curriculum standard pointed out, except using special instruments, the teachers and students should make full use of the items around us, which is not only simple, but also can improve the students’ practical ability and innovation consciousness. Unconventional physics experiment is used in this context. Developing Unconventional Physics Experiment can effectively expand the laboratory resources, to enable students to learn in real life situations and to enable students to truly feel the tightness of the physical and life, it can promote students to construct knowledge and meaning actively.Based on the theory of situated cognition and learning, the significance of Ausubel’s theory of constructivism and the new curriculum standard, the thesis uses literature research method, questionnaire survey, doing experiment and so on, combined with the actual teaching practice research on Unconventional Physics Experiment to promote the construction of the knowledge of the physics of junior high school students, and the thesis uses SPSS and excel statistical software for statistical analysis of the results and draw the conclusion: The Unconventional Physics experiment can make students enjoy physics course, and really realize that the physics is a useful lesson. It offers real physical situations of Unconventional Physics Experiment so that students can better understand the physical meaning, physical concepts and laws of physics, and it also cultivates the students’ practical ability and the ability to solve practical problems, it also improve the students’ consciousness of constructing the knowledge of the physics, so that the students have made great progress in physics learning.
