The report stated:"It must fully do implement of the Party's education policy and adhere to principles of people-centered education, moral-first education, quality education and modernized education, in order to cultivate socialist builders and successors full of morality, intelligence, health and connotation which will embody people-satisfied education. That not only reflects the importance and significance of moral education, but also points out a brand new direction for development and innovation of university's moral education and puts forward fresh requirements and tasks.University's moral education is related to quality and orientation for our talents training, moreover, it's also an important part of enhancing Chinese young generation's personal qualities. However, under the objective conditions of contemporary global economical rocket-speed development and unprecedented close contact in the world, it makes a huge widening gap between traditional moral education's content, measures, goals, implements and modern society, which can't take desired achievements. Therefore, the innovated research and analysis of contemporary moral education must be practiced. However, this theory's current research and study is full of principles, directions, but less of specific operational practices.Response to this reality, on the basis of clarifying moral education's connotation and contemporary Chinese moral education's significance, bringing the core purpose of enhancing university moral education's effect, this thesis analyzes the actuality of contemporary Chinese university moral education from main three parts: the shortcomings, the main approaches and the achievements. One the other hand, it explores that the developing trend of contemporary Chinese university moral education contains globalization ,modernization, integration, mental health education-necessity, and graduate students moral education-focus. Furthermore , it proposed that the scientific implemental measures and means of contemporary Chinese moral education including four areas: strengthening the basis of ideologically and politically educated courses, promoting environmental-increased of moral education, enhancing moral education's influence in teaching process and widely carrying out mental health education, which are filled with particular specification and operation. Hopefully except that it will provide with useful reference to effectively improve the moral qualities of university students for moral education workers.
