Study On Enhancing Moral Education Effectiveness In Non-state-run University

As an important part of Chinese higher education, private universities have being rapidly developed for 30 years since the reform and opening in China, and have a large scale currently. But due to late start and weak basic, it is weak to resist risk. In the development, private universities tend to focus on the cultivation of students' skills and the scale expansion of the school, therefore, very easy to ignore the moral education work, in other words, the moral education work relatively weak in private universities, and effectiveness is low. However, in socialist market economy conditions, talent competition is not only professional skills competition, but also is the competition in comprehensive qualities, and in the overall quality, one's moral qualities is the most important quality. So private universities to obtain the considerable development, it is necessary to break the bottleneck problem.Based on the above, my Master thesis investigated students' moral quality situation in the present, in two aspects of daily moral qualities and network moral qualities.Overall evaluation from private universities students in private universities moral education, in moral education teacher, in moral education teaching, to investigate students' moral quality situation in three aspect above. Analysis the results of investigation, to find the cause which moral education effectiveness are not high in non-state-run university. For these reasons, in moral philosophy, campus environment and atmosphere, moral education teaching, moral evaluation methods, students instructors work, the network moral education, the psychological health education, and so on, to construct moral education mechanism in private universities and to improve the effectiveness of moral education in private universities.
