Analysis And Prevention Of University Students Crime Under The Background Of Moral Education

Higher education shoulders the burden of cultivating more talents for our country as university students'acculturation and quality education has a major impact on our national progress, future development and the stability of social harmony. The frequencies of crimes committed by graduates are attracting attention of people from all walks of life. Following the analysis, we come to the conclusion that the inconsistency of the organism of quality education and the issues occurred during the implementation are the challenges. This article copes with necessity, urgency and possibility of quality education by drawing references from legal studies, education science and theories research results of relevant subjects and it points out the values discrepancies and presents the solution. To address this issue, we need the efforts and contribution of the whole society through changing the curb on delinquency from external to internal methods, and raise the social awareness of the importance of quality education performance and boost the construction of quality education which would highly and effectively influence graduates'ideology building.As the research object of this study, building up and improving the work mode of graduates'anti-crimes campaign define the main points of this paper. From Moral point of view, analyze and sum up the moral education of workers in the theory and experience, while adhering to the "people-oriented" concept of scientific development and the " Knowledge and Behavior Combined," the moral principles based on the Strengthening moral education and broaden the moral path and work practices are combined to establish a crime prevention mechanism should college students. To divert from relying more on intelligence education to stressing the importance of quality education, the university is expected to take the advantage of promoting traditional moral spirit and inheriting brilliant traditional culture. Not only does graduate anti-crimes campaign requires the construction and perfection of quality education, but also it is the necessity of the competency improvement of China's nationals and the construction of social harmony. Leveraging the role the key player of national education system, university should spare no efforts to take the responsibility to speed up the building of campus harmony and turn out more excellent talented and virtuous graduates with grand ideal, since those students are going to take the task of developing the socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.
