Analysis About The Fund-raising Of The Universities In Shanxi Province

The higher education of China developed at a fast speed since our open and reform policy started in 1978, and the financial support from government was the main channel to maintain the development. But, the dependency on government invest has limited the fast growth of universities. Therefore , universities must work hard to gain more financial support from other resources.Shanxi Province lies in middle part and has some special characteristics. There are some problems that the shortage of funds for Shanxi higher education and the low efficiency of allocation of educational resources. The study was carried out in order to exam the various financing channels of the universities in China.This article analyzes the condition of Shanxi economic environment and fund-raising of the universities in Shanxi and finds the problems and chances.By using SWOT, we find the effect of Shanxi economic environment to the universities in Shanxi and know the relationship of them. We keep a foothold at here, and find the way to deal with the fund-raising of the universities in Shanxi.By using BCG Matrix, we classify all the fund-raising patterns of Shanxi universities. By constructing the mode, we elaborate all the peculiarity of the fund-raising method. In order to bring more fund for all the universities in Shanxi.
