As volunteers become important human resources in volunteer organizations, management performance directly affects the success of voluntary organizations. At present, voluntary organizations and volunteers is still a novelty. Volunteer management theory and practice of studies in the college volunteer organizations have only just beginning. Therefore, the study about management volunteers in college volunteer organizations is an important theoretical and practical significance. This paper is focusing on the original ecology fact of the management of the college volunteers by empirical study.
