Functional departments of the government's marco-control are not in place, it causes the market disorder competition and malignant competition serious.All the factors have restricted the healthy development of Changchun fitness centers.Recommendation:on the one hand the functional departments should strengthen marco-control and management of market. Guide to establish industry association, promote orderly competition in fitness market. On the other hand enterprise should recruit high-quality management staff, strength practitioners professional level and systematic training to improve service level and quality.
