Research On Town-village Relationship

The Study of Town-village relationship is a basis of subject matter to the study of the China' s rural areas issues. No matter rural politics, rural economy, or the study of rural economic system, rural social system, are always closely associated with the Town-village relationship. Although the system has made town-village relationship, but in reality, the relationship between the township government and village organizations (mainly is village committees) does not as well as legal provisions. The phenomenon of relations disorder and conflict rise between them is more widespread, which not only do harm to the democracy at the grassroots level and the village government. but also affected the construction of new socialist rural areas and building a harmonious society. So the study of "Town-village relationship" have great theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, taking the town-village relationship to the development in the process of China's macroscopical System and social environment, from studying the imbalance between the state and the society ,Government and farmers, the authority and right. Through my field investigation, I can see the actual relationship. At the same time, I expect from the country' s macro political and administrative systems and regimes to seek a compromise path, as well as to the Micro village governance mechanism, looking at this stage set macro political and administrative systems and regimes to enable the town-village relationship from the imbalance towards the harmonization of mechanisms,and to eliminate the conflicts between " Township administration" and " villagers' autonomy ,which can make them achieve to harmonious. Through investigation and analysis, it can be believed that to improve the township-village relationship in the new period still needs strong government intervention and promotion for most of the agricultural township in the long term future. By means of establishing government-led and farmers-participated mode of new countryside construction, deeply promoting functions transformation of township and government. I hope through the power of my own, which can make benefits to the research of town-village relationship.
