Research On The Formation And Construction Of Teachers' Cluture

Teachers'culture is the thoughts, values and behaviors which formed and developed in the eduantional and teaching practice. It is an important component of school culture, including teachers'occupation understanding, role identity, value orientation, thinking mode, attitude, behavior way and so on. This article embarks from cultural formation, analyzes the realistic problems existing in teachers'culture formation, proposes the construciton ways of harmony teachers'culture. Harmony teachers'culture plays an important role in promoting teachers'professional development, forming a good student culture, improving the school administration quality, advancing the educational reform and so on.The formation of teachers'cluture and the construction of teachers'cluture. Cultural formation is the result of people's practice to the external natural object, is the practice achievements of people's changing external environment and promoting themselves according to some ideal criterion and specific demand, is the consequence of people's refinement and distillation to their practice achievements. Cultural comstruciton is the people's existence and state for seeking harmony, is the process of the initiative pursuing, reform and implementation to those"practice achievements". In this study these two refering to the process of formation and improvement of teachers'culture, the former is theoretical, the latter of destination, for the purpose of providing a referential frame for the teachers'cultural construction in the perspective of cultural formation.The thesis has five chapters. The teachers'culture is generated from inheriting and briming over cultural tradition, koncking and surmounting cultural conflict, integrating and developing cultural criticism. Chapterâ…£, the problems in the formation of teachers'culture, analyzes the problems from teachers and external environment factor, including the lack of teachers'creativity, the light cooperation consciousness, the declines of teachers'professionalism and so on. Chapterâ…¤, the construction path of contemporary teachers'culture, proposes many paths sucn as erudite and inherit the excellen traditions, keep pace with the times and construct the teachers'culture having zeitgerst, seek common ground and profit from the external culture reasonably, introspect and promote the teachers'subject value, strenghten exchanges and advance the collaborative culture construction, people-oriented and pursue harmonious teachers'culture, and so on.
