In the recent period, "Culture" is extraordinary having become popular. "School Culture" also attracts a growing number of educators concern. It reflects cultural diversification of new century, and represents the cultural vision in education management study field. It is a good phenomenon.With the deepening of education reform, how to set up high quality schools, school culture plays an irreplaceable role. It has a great practical significance that we deeply analysis the typical case of culture and the promoting of their experiences It is not only a further exploration of the education construction of school culture in Xin Cheng district of Hohhot in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, but also a more comprehensive summary and analysis of their experience.The full text is composed of three parts.The first part is the basis theory of this study, brief statement on the Connotation extension of culture and school culture .School culture is the subordination of socio-cultural sub-culture, is that the school teachers and students take the school ground as the important space, take the school spirit as the chief feature, cultivate and build together in each school activity through ideal, the faith, the value orientation, the group behavior, the life style, the public opinion atmosphere, the campus environment and so on , is that teachers and students jointly approve with the trend of psychological characteristics and value of the spiritual and cultural schools, acts of cultural, institutional culture, is the sum of material and culturre, is the composition and inalienable organism of physical culture, institution culture, behavior culture and spiritual culture.The second part is the main body of this paper. It carries out exploration and practical summary of school cultural construction in Xin Cheng district from four aspects: school physical cultural construction, school behavior cultural construction , school institution cultural construction and school spiritual cultural construction. The article elaborates on the basic content of primary and secondary schools' cultural construction. It also analyzes and introduces the universal rule and personality characteristics of school campus culture in Xin Cheng district. It provides some successful cases about school culture construction. Conscientiously summing up practical experience of school culture construction and exploring school culture's integrity and regularity will develop school culture construction in Xin Cheng district from low-level to a higher level and realize of distillation of theory and breakthrough of practice.The third part of this paper is a brief summary. The study of school culture development is gathering momentum and is there to stay, and has achieved positive results. However, compared with the realities of school culture, it is still very weak. Strengthening the theory and practice of school cultural studies is an important subject before us in the long term. For an in-depth study of school culture is a complex issue, there are many issues we need to do further going and systematic research.
