The Research About Humanistic Spirit Of Chinese University Students In 21century

All along, humanistic spirit has been considered to be the inner strength of remedying human behavior , the precious spiritual wealth created in the process of the development of human society .The humanistic spirit not only affect people's self-development, but also affect the development and progress of the whole society. The university students are seemd as major force for Socialist modernization in 21 st century, the characteristics of 21 st century require them to develop themselves in all respects, so they must grasp the profound scientific knowledge and skilled expertise, and must have good humanistic spirit and humanistic quality. However, for the recent dozen years , the university students'humanistic spirit began missing gradually because of many kinds of factors. So some experts and scholars in different areas began to pay attention to the Chinese university students'humanistic spirit, and they have done some theory and practice exploration on this issue.This thesis studies the problems that exist in humanistic spirit of university students of our country in 21 st century. In addition to based on the foundation of absorbing and learning the foreign theories, I also through a in-depth interview to acquaintance the status of today'university students. Then analysed the reasons of this phenomenon from different point of views of society, high school ,and post-graduates themselves ,in order to rebuild their humanistic spirit. This thesis is divided into four sections. In the introduction part, it firstly introduced the background of this study and the significance of this research on Chinese university students'humanistic spirit in 21 st century. Then separately reviewed the domestic and foreign studies about humanistic spirit . In addition, it clarified the method of this study. In the first chapter of this thesis, it did an overview of university students'humanistic spirit, not only clarifies the content of university students'humanistic spirit in 21 st century, but also illustrate the importance of training students'humanistic spirit, it laid a good theoretical basis for the whole study. In the second part of this thesis, it described the university students'low state of humanistic spirit, such as the lack of ideals and beliefs, the wrong region of life values, the weakening of moral literacy, the defect of psychological factors and so on. Then try to analysed the reasons of these problems from different point of views of society, high-school and post-graduates themselves. The third part is the focus of thesis, it is that discussion of how to rebuild the university students'humanistic spirit and remode their humanistic qualities. These countermeasures mainly include six aspects: First, change the original educational ideas and setting up right educational views; Second, improve the teaching-refrom and strengthen humanistic education; Third, subdividing the management details and enhancing the educational work of post-graduates'literacy spirit; Fourth, reform the construction of the ranks of high-school teachers and upgrading their humanistic literacy; Fifth, guide university students to give full play to their initiatives and learing self-education; The last one, optimizing the construction of school culture to build sound humanistic environment and so on. The purpose of these strategies is to promote university from the practice of reform, and rebuild the university students'humanistic spirit and enhance their humanistic qualities.21 st century is a time that full of fierce competition, in particular,competition for talent has evolved into a global war without smoke. If the university students want to become the winners in the war, they have to meet the needs of the time and the society, they must have a comprehensive development, acquire knowledge and skills, and culture their humanistic spirit . Of course, the entire community, especially the educational administrative departments and the institutions of high-school, should cooperate actively and strive to work together, reform and improve the current training mode,try to adapt to the needs of the time ,take the important task that cultivate the real talent in 21 st century for our society.
