The rapid development of information technology brings us educational informationization. In such a change, improving the application level of the teachers'education technology, promoting the development of teachers' professional capabilities, that has become an urgent requirement. As the main executor of higher education, college teachers should improve the level of education technology and Professional knowledge; it is more necessary and important.In domestic scholars relevant research we found that high expectations and high investment and did not get the desired effect. The higher education faculty's education technology training (ETT) aims to improve teachers' education technology level, that how to obtain good training results should be the focus of research. In this research,I find two problems. First,there are very little research relevant to organizational management, although it is a principal element. The second, most researchers have used simplex theoretical study, in qualitative way,through their own perceptual knowledge or the application of relevant theory,they put forward some problems existing in the training, namely which factors affect the final result, and give some proposals.For making up this deficiency,we use causal model and structural equation model. Questionnaire is the main way to get data in the research. In the process of research two internal psychological learning motivation and learning attitude are used as intermediary. In this model, organizational management is considered as exogenous latent variables. Learning motivation, learning attitude and learning results are considered as endogenous latent variables. The model is a recursive model, which contain only one path, not including bidirectional or back.In order to achieve the purpose, we take parts of college teachers who attend the ETT within the scope of Shandong. According to the hypothesis model, we use the data to fit the model and modify it according to the modification indices, then analyze each path of the revised model. Research process is as follows:The first chapter, the paper expounds the background and the current research status of research, and finds the inadequacy. On this basis, the study proposed the main content and research purposes. The paper simply introduces the main research method is used. The paper simply introduces the main research method is used.The second chapter, define some important concepts mentioned in the study, including the learning motivation, organizational management and learning attitude. The third chapter, the experimental process design, this is the first key point of the paper. This chapter describes how to choice subjects and how to develop the questionnaire in detail, including development questionnaire of organization management, Learning attitude and motivation. Based on the literature research organizational management scale was developed, we have been modified it and do research to improve its validation. The other two scales were selected from others research, we modified it and improved its validation by the reliability and validity analysis.The fourth chapter, describes the causal model's development, modify and validation. This chapter is another key point. The paper makes a hypothesis causal model between organization management, Learning attitude and motivation. And then, modifies the model according to results of Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA),uses a lot of experimental data to support the hypothesis model.Chapter five summarizes the experimental results, Points out the practical importance of the experiment to the higher education faculty's education technology training, and gives some suggestions to improve the quality of the training.At the end of the paper, gives a summary of the experimental research, and points out the deficiency and the application prospect of research.
