Experiential learning is becoming a common learning style in Education and large companies, while the educational technology training also becomes more and more popular. This article tries to combine the experiential learning and the education technology together. Attitudes measure toward the education technology after the training with the Shanxi Diesel Co.,Ltd affiliated school is just the new point of the article.This article presents the state of experiential learning and education technology training, tracing the source of their theory for the basic of the following research.It is a system process to design the activities of education technology training by experiential learning, hoping the teachers trained could practice the theories and skills at work in order to make the teaching efficient.At the end of the article, the teachers'attitudes changed toward education technology is measured and analyzed.For the objective conditions and the author's ability, the research should be improved based on the shortcomings of the article.
