| Nowadays, Enterprise education is becoming a new concept of higher education. The Enterprise education and practice are the important aspects and valid carrier of the ideological and political education. Therefore, strengthening Enterprise education is inevitable demand of the times, especially the university students'Enterprise education for public welfare. Seriously researching the construction of the Enterprise education can strengthen the competitive ability of the university student to get employed and start their own business.A correct understanding of the meaning of Enterprise education and have a good grasp of the basic connotation and features of the social entrepreneurship are the logic starting point of researching the construction of the Enterprise education. First, it analyzes the four basic features of social entrepreneurship, namely public interest, innovativeness, value and process. Second, it discloses the basic connotation of the university students' Enterprise education for public welfare on the basis of social entrepreneurship, and indicates that strengthening Enterprise education is an inherent requirement to foster an innovation and entrepreneurial talent. It is an effective way to lead the students play a responsible role in the society and improve their ideological and political education.After understanding the Enterprise education, we analyze its current situation and the existing problems. First, we lacked adequate understanding of the Enterprise education; second, the setting of the curriculum for the Enterprise education is unreasonable, third, the researching and construction of the Enterprise education still lagged behind, fourth, lack of qualified teacher for carrying out the Enterprise education.This thesis discusses the construction of the Enterprise education and points out that we should establish the aim, consummate the curriculum, perfect the educational system and build up the ranks of the teachers.
