A Historical Study Of Educational Policies In Zambia Sinece Independence

Since independence, Zambia has issued a series of educational policies, which played a great role in educational reform and development. The history of educational reform is also the history of constant adjustment of educational policy, Therefore, a historical study of educational policy of Zambia has its special significance. This paper sorts out the educational policy document in different period and conclude its evolution discipline.The paper includes four parts:The first part sorts out contents of educational policies in the first republic of Zambia;The second part sorts out contents of educational policies in the second republic of Zambia;The third part sorts out contents of educational policies in the third republic of Zambia;The fourth part, based on the above study, concludes the discipline of educational policy of Zambia, and ponders the Zambia's strategy to promote educational democracy.
