College student tutor team is the backbone of the ideological and political education of college students. How to improve the overall quality of counselors is an important subject to improve the ideological and political education of college students.In this paper, the author in-depth study how to create a university tutor performance appraisal system. From the human resources management perspective, this paper reveals the University of tutors on the assessment of the status and insufficient. All of this provides a viable option for the practice of tutor performance appraisal to encourage tutors to work hard.In the first part of the article, the author points out the purpose and the meaning of the college tutors performance assessment and the tutor performance appraisal of practical significance and the subject of research methods. The second part is on an overview of performance appraisal and discusses the content of performance appraisal, principles, processes and methods. The third part of the article is the status quo of the college tutors performance evaluation. The fourth part is of college tutors performance appraisal system. The author gets through the investigation of the key indicators, and uses the key performance indicators and a 360-degree performance appraisal method combining the principles of the current college counselors for performance assessment. The system not only reflects the characteristics of counselors work, but also conducive to counselors found in the course of their work areas for improvement. Finally, this is the conclusion.
