In recent years,with the constant adjustment and improvement of our country's education structure,the rise and development of professional education has been a highlight,especially the rapid growth of the Chinese advanced professional education.As a basic and constructive resource of education,the teachers of higher vocational colleges have been growing rapidly in a short period of time.Considering the particularity of "higher vocational teachers",it is necessary to distinguish the performance appraisal from the employees in the performance appraisal.At the same time,teachers' performance assessment of different institutions should also highlight the characteristics of their respective schools.However,in the actual operation of the performance assessment of teachers,most vocational colleges lack pertinence and effectiveness.This paper takes CJ technician college of guangdong province as the research case of higher vocational colleges,based on the relevant theories of performance management,and combines the current performance assessment status of CJ technician college,analyzes and finds out the problems existing in the teacher performance appraisal system of CJ technician college.Including performance review is vague,the objective is not clear,the assessment is too simple,the performance review is not thorough,the feedback mechanism of the performance review is inconclusive,the teacher's performance review has a low level of participation,etc.Then,in the course of the problems and the objective conditions of the present institute,this paper has redesigned the teachers' performance review system of CJ technician college.First,adopt the 360-degree performance appraisal method to determine the subject of assessment,including the college leaders,colleagues,students and teachers themselves;Second,by the method of key performance indicators(KPI)as the guidance,through the questionnaire survey in the form of organizing teacher performance appraisal indicators;Thirdly,using the method of DE phil design teacher performance evaluation index weights;Fourthly,the organization and implementation process of teacher performance appraisal of CJ technician college is further sorted and standardized.Finally,from the perspective of teachers' attention to performance assessment,the sound performance assessment mechanism and the mobilization and training of performance assessment,this paper puts forward relevant Suggestions on the implementation of teacher performance appraisal system of CJ technician college in guangdong province,and expects to ensure the smooth implementation of performance appraisal.This paper provides practical significance for improving the current situation of teachers' performance appraisal and improving the performance evaluation of CJ technician college.At the same time,this paper also hopes to provide some reference for the improvement and optimization of the performance appraisal scheme of higher vocational colleges.
