Research On Social Security Problems Influencing College Graduates' Employment In China

As the higher education has developed a lot, college graduates'employment problem becomes more and more serious as a social problem and also a factor influencing the development of the economy and society in our country. Lot scholars have paid their attentions on this problem and governments have also promulgated some policies. In this paper, I take social security as a factor to analyze college graduates'employment problem.First, this paper analyzes status of college graduates'employment. The nature of college graduates'employment problem is that the supply exceeds the demand and the employment expectations of graduates are too high or imbalance. Then, this paper discusses how such two factors influence college graduates' employment, analyzes both factors of society's demand and graduates'expectations and introduces the relation between college graduates' employment and social security.Second, this paper introduces social security problems and their influence, including reducing society's demand of graduates or not having increased the demand and upgrading the college graduates'employment expectations or causing structural imbalance of such expectations.Finally, this paper set up countermeasures to resolve social security problems influencing college graduates'employment, including improving social security policies and execution. Besides, this paper pays more attention on constructing unemployment insurance system of college graduates, explaining the necessity and task of such system and also discussing promulgating related rules and how to manage it, in order to promote resolving college graduates'employment problem.The innovation of this paper are taking social security as a factor to analyze college graduates'employment problem and discussing how to construct the unemployment insurance system of college graduates which is useful for theoretical study and practice of college graduates'employment.
