Social development promoted the awareness of "green". The connotation of the"green"was constantly enriched and is very concerned now. The Green Education is no longer merely in environmental education, it has a deeper meaning. Green Education gives children more active, more harmonious and healthier, which lies a solid foundation for sustainable development of children's lives. With the new curriculum reforms, the "human development", as the core philosophy of education, has been widely accepted, but the reality of school education is that there are still many discordant tones, which give a serious impact on the health of students in development. Meanwhile, the professional development of our teachers calls the Green Education.Because of the biased understanding of teaching activities, and of the weakly sense of self-learning, and of being possessed by the teaching affairs all days, the learning progress of our teachers are all arranged by their leader, and through some form of assessment and inspection, the quality of the learning is to some extent be ensured. The lack of strong Learning environment, and the lack of regular professional communication (especially the awareness of communication value), and the lack of an open mind, and the lack of self-learning concept, our teachers need to reflect their behaviors.The front of the Implementation of Green Education is in classroom. The core of the Green Class is People-oriented and it respect for the natural growth of the students. First of all, we should update our ideas and establish the criteria of evaluation about the Green Class. Secondly, we should define explicit features of the Green Class. And then, following the principles of Green Class, we should build a variety of sharing platform. As a consequence, these innovative training patterns would promote the sustainable development of teachers, which encourages our teachers focus on classroom reform and improve.
