Junior High School Geography Green Classroom Construction Research

New curriculum puts up with the newer requirements on the teaching. The green class which combines science education with human education is the best way to put new curriculum into act.On the basis of in-depth study of theories and references of green education and taking an example of geography teaching in Grade One in FH Middle School, this thesis analyzes the status, problems and the reasons. The main study methods in this thesis includes the method of literature, the questionnaire survey method, the method of interview and case study method. The purpose of this thesis is to pay attention to the green development of students, to fulfill the green education then to improve the efficiency and the quality of teaching.The thesis puts up with the methods constructing geography green class from five aspects:discussing how to construct the content of green teaching from perspectives of curriculum resources, understanding, appreciation, the application and network of, knowledge; how to construct atmosphere of green class from perspectives of passion, emotional security, confidence;how to construct the ways of green teaching from perspectives of autonomous learning and cooperative learning; how to construct the reviews of green class from perspectives of incentive evaluation and diversification of evaluation standards, evaluation methods and the valuators.On the basis of actual attempt for about half year, the thesis analyses the typical cases in the geography textbook of Grade Seven Volume 1 by Hunan Education Press. By comparing the results of after green class with the results of before, it is proved that the green class is helpful for the combination of science education and human education and the development of people.Green class is a continuable type of class which is full of life and freshness.
