In the 21st century, with the rapid development of science and the fast changing of knowledge, the competition between internation is becoming more and more intense. Among the world powers, a war for talents is staging, in which the innovative talents will undoubtedly become the focus. At this juncture, our country put forward the strategic plan of building an innovation-oriented country to comply with the times'requirements. It is in need of a large number of talents, especially innovative talents to carry out this important task, however, the current status of talent training in China can't be regarded in optimistic attitude and there are a range of issues to concentratedly show off the lack of innovative talents, a serious talent drain, non-formed innovation circumstances, the backward concept of talents and so on ,which have been a great resistance to our national innovation. Therefore, this article which starts form the redefinition of innovative talents adapting to the needs of national development expounds innovative talents'meaning and qualities. Then, the article builds the training system of innovative talents and put forwards the 5+1 training mode of innovative talents according to psychology, creatology, behavior and brain science theories and with the base of drawing lessons from advanced talents'training methods to analyze how to foster innovative talents on the aspects of their quality, knowledge, thinking, ability and then to analyze how to offer protection for innovative talents training on aspect of mechanism building. In the end, the article put forward the post-maintenance of the system of innovative talents training.
