Innovative talents are an inexhaustible motive force and source of the development of a country and a nation.It is also the core competitiveness of the country.In recent years,the Chinese government pays great attention to the cultivation of creative talents,while colleges and universities are the main positions for the cultivation of innovative talents.The traditional teacher centered educational culture for thousands of years,seriously hindered the creative talents in Colleges and universities,in order to explore the training mode of innovative talents in Colleges and universities.This paper uses the project management ideas and theories to analysis the talent innovation experimental class of Yulin Normal University.It uses the project life cycle theory on cultivating talents innovation class at Yulin Normal University.Through the process planning,implementing start implement,monitoring and evaluation,analyzing the achievements,problems and counter measures of talent training.By analyzing the cultivating mode of innovative.The project management of innovative talents training in Yulin Normal University an effective attempt to enhance the quality of education.Through the use of project management theory,the experimental class gets 3 results: ?1 Deepen a comprehensive revision of the training program at Yulin Normal University personnel,the education system of school and enterprises,and the "three coordination" educational system;?2 reform the assessment methods;?3 reform classroom teaching methods.There are 3 problems to find innovative talent training model: first,lack of strategic thinking in Colleges and universities and on personnel training of the top-level design.Colleges ignore universities usually the idea of cultivation;second,lack of scientific evaluation system for teachers constrants of resource and teaching research;third,resource constraints,lackness of education funding shortage of curriculum resource,similar of school curriculum seriously hindered the training innovative talents.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward six countermeasures: first,student oriented,top-level design.Second counter measures are to optimize the integration to achieve resource sharing through the integration of resources,teachers,curriculum,teaching equipment.Third is to optimize the curriculum.Four is to optimize the educational environment.Five is to optimize the educational ideas and a variety of ways of teaching.Six is to optimize the training evaluation system of innovative talents.Using the concept and theory of project management,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of innovative talents training mode,and putting forward corresponding countermeasures,it is a new exploration of innovative talents training.
