Since 1970s, both of the domestic and abroad scholars have concerned the interaction between teachers and students, and have gained some achievements. As a special kind of interpersonal interaction, interaction between teachers and students mainly exist in the course of classroom instruction, play an important role to effective teaching. And Chinese teaching is a special course teaching in China, exploring and improving interactive classroom instruction is one of Chinese teacher's important subjects. The study on the current situation of interaction between teachers and students of Chinese instruction in junior middle school can help teachers understand the interaction condition more deeply, study and reflect constantly in practice, and carries on Chinese teaching activity better.On the basis of domestic and abroad research achievements, the paper has observed and studied the current situation of Yuci district, Jinzhong city, the results are as follows:First, on interactive subjects of teachers and students, there is prominent difference. The teacher is in comparatively superior status , students are comparatively more passive.Second, Type in the teacher-student interaction, this study observed the class teacher interaction, teacher group interaction, an interactive division and found that the more the lack of interaction between teacher groups. Meanwhile, in the interaction, the big questions are teachers, students answer, the lack of other forms of interaction. Many teachers are one-sided that the teacher asked the student-teacher interaction that students answer, little attention to class discussion. In addition, problems from the judge, describing problems, demonstration problems observed three types of questions types of problems for the teacher-student interaction. Observed that more than half of the problem is concentrated in judging issues, which can lead to thinking of the students, interactive analysis of the substantive nature of the problem is not more comprehensive.Third, the problems'level in the interaction is not scientific, many problems cannot initiate students' positive thinking; the emotional interaction is poor, the quality of interaction between teachers and students needs to improve further.Finally, in analyzing the status of middle school classroom teacher-student interaction based on the existing problems, this paper put forward a building under the effective interaction between teachers and students of related recommendations: teachers positioning themselves to make necessary adjustments; enhanced interaction between teachers and students of both awareness; teachers and students to construct an effective interaction depth, on the one hand the creation of high-quality interaction on the other hand guide the students to ask questions.
