In the new century, our country executes several elementary education curriculum reform,improving teaching quality and building the education system are the common demand of thestate and society. The traditional teaching methods which teachers control the class, thestudents listen to teachers silently can not meet the requirements of the new curriculumreform. Exert students’ autonomy and teachers should be the leading role in teaching,"cramming education" form of classroom teaching should be eliminated. Since the1970s, theexisting domestic and foreign scholars focus on the study of the interaction between teachersand students. The effective interaction between teachers and students can escort to achieve theteaching goal, also is advantageous to the construction of a harmonious relationship betweenteachers and students. In fact, the phenomenon of interaction between teachers and studentsalways exists in every class, the difference lies in the teachers interact with students is valid.After the new curriculum reform, many primary and middle schools teachers work hard,trying to deepen the interaction between teachers and students. There will be more diversifiedforms of interaction between teachers and students into the classroom.However, the author found that, combined with my own actual work experience in juniormiddle school though moral class. Some teachers are trying to improve his way of teaching,to inspire students’ enthusiasm to participate in class, has repeatedly rebuffed. Ultimately, theteachers’ understanding of the interaction between teachers and students is not deep, want tointeract but can’t interact or completely rely on asking questions to interact, and so on.In this study, on the basis of existing research on junior high school teachers and studentsinteract, I narrow the research scope in the junior middle school though moral character class.I select a junior high school in Yantai city, and use the method of observation, interviews andother means to research the present situation of the constant interaction between teachers andstudents in the class. Try to find the shortcomings and problems. Combined with thetheoretical basis, the paper puts forward some operable Suggestions and optimization strategy,provide a reference for middle school teachers.First what is the interaction between teachers and students are discussed, the existingresearch status at home and abroad, and combining with the physical and mental characteristics of middle school students in China and teaching material analysis, to the juniormiddle school thought moral interaction between teachers and students to do an overview.According to the author of the classes’ observation records, summing up the interactionbetween teachers and students of junior middle school thought moral class in our countryexist the following problems: little interaction, low frequency; interactive become a mereformality, the degree of light; students’ participation is low, not comprehensive; theteaching’effect is not obvious, the low efficiency. Every class I made interviews of teachersand students, found the cause of these problems is the school, the relationship betweenteachers and students. Therefore, to improve and optimize the interaction between teachersand students need schools provide teaching and learning freedom, material and financialresources support. Teachers need to update education concept, improve the ability to usemodern education technology. To strengthen the construction of its own knowledge systemand the teacher’s ethics and students need to foster a sense of ownership, actively participatein the teaching process. Only one side of change and effort is not enough, therefore, theeducation need us to work together and the effect will be best.
