With the expansion of the reform of the basic education and the practice of the new syllabus, there is a huge change in basic education. The sprit of"interaction between the teacher and the students can bring about the mutual development"is a feature of the reform. This paper discusses the definition, goals, characters and the practical measures from both the theory and practice. This paper comprises three parts:Firstly, we explain the theoretical basics of the mode of the"instruction of the interaction and the improvement between the teacher and students". It began as the interactive theory in sociology originally. And the educational scientists applied it the educational studies. Guided with that application, I put forward the"instruction of the interaction and the improvement between the teacher and students".Secondly, we discuss the relations between the"instruction of the interaction and the improvement between the teacher and students"and the Chinese instruction. After the retrospection the problems in the Chinese instruction, we discuss the active impact of the"instruction of the interaction and the improvement between the teacher and students", including the culture of the creative abilities, the accumulation the Chinese qualities, the adaptation to the modern society and the profession of the teacher.Finally, we introduce the general principles, including the principle of the establishment of the context, the fair conversation between the teacher and students, the decision of the instructional content and method by the both teacher and students, the culture of the students'hobbies and the development the resource of the Chinese course. We elaborate the practical measures combining the cases of the instruction.This paper is guided the sprits of the educational reform and the modern educational theory, accompany with my instructional practice, with a view to construction of mode met the requirements of both the students and social.
