Equality and justice are the enternal topics in human history and one of the essential factors for constructing harmonious society. Social justice is the basement for harmonious development, thereinto institutional justice is the root to garuantee social justice. As one of the social contitutes, education plays an important role in maintaining social justice, and educational justice as sub-conception of social justice is crucial. Higher education is the depositary for cultivating national talents. So it is available to raise the notion of justice for selecting,fosterring and appointing talents. Educational impartiality involves opportunity, process and outcome imparitiality. As the concernful group, female undergraduates are the object for the study of higher educational justice. Moreover, feminism is the thoery which not only focus on female development, but also stive for equal position for females from various aspects.The development of feminism is along with the upswing of feminism, accordingly feminism consummates gradually, and builds its research patterns and methods, thereinto"gender equality"is its central idea. Higher education is the vital object of educational research. There are more and more studies of sexual equality in higher education basing on the feminism perspective, and mostly concentrating on the gender diversity of educational opportunity and process. This research aims at broadening its field and analyses the gender confliction in higher educational return.This research comes from the self-realization and literature reference. The background is rooted on popularity of higher education and the development of female study. Secondly, to illustrate the development and evolvement of feminism and constue its phylogency in and out. Thirdly, based on the feminism perspective and sociology, to analyze the educational return through three dimensions:the opportunity of employment, the arrangement of employment and the treatment of employment. Fourthly, to present practical state of gender confliction in higher educational and summarize its correlated reasons by literature reference and case study. Finally, it is important to compare the eality with the ideal state. So we can constuct the efficient mechanism throgh female themselves,higher education and the government.
