In recent years, with the development of rehabilitation training, a new word "core"appears in the competitive sports. Through the research of the core areas of the body, the central area has a special features in the movement. This makes some coaches and scholars beginning to realize the core areas of the motion to play an important role. The rehabilitation and training of the ways and means to form in sports, combining different sports exercise the body characteristics of the core areas so as to improve sports achievements and the technological level. a research prove, through training of the core areas of the overall, the players in sports can better position to keep body and steady gravity, the body balance and upper and lower limbs power transmission.Javelin throw is more complex project in the field sports technology. from delivery stride to throwing javelin, the centre of gravity and the body are in unstable condition.With this condition,the delivery stride technology accounts more time, and offer a dynamic stable balance for the end of the firm,then play on this leg and core muscle strength, to make a smooth shot javelin. so throwing step of the technical skills are directly affected. In this thesis, the "core stability training" as the basis, by teaching experiment, the "core stability exercises" to the Sports Department Javelin Course, verify the core muscles the ability to effect Javelin teaching.The experiment select Xi'an Institute of Physical Education 40 Physical Education Department in 2008 as a test object, subjects were randomly divided into experimental and control group. Arrangements based on the content of the curriculum, the control group in conventional teaching, the experimental group in the teaching process add the "core stability exercises." The author use literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, statistics and experimental methods of teaching, lectures on the subjects and unity, through experimental results the following conclusions:1. Javelin class add "human core stability exercises," is a "human core stability exercises," as the Javelin supplementary means of teaching. In practice, to practice the core parts of the body as main line, the core parts of the body muscles to increase the overall capacity of the subject. Ultimately improve the core part of the overall exercise capacity, improve the efficiency of the core muscle groups. The core parts of the body to improve the overall control capacity, enhance the overall effectiveness of teaching has a positive role.2. The body core stability training exercises to better muscular ability of students in the core area, can improve control of the core muscles of students, can effectively improve the systemic exercise capacity.3. Teaching Experiment results show that the Pu Xiu Teaching in the javelin to add "human core stability of the practice" of students to master athletic skills plays a positive role, the score of technical aspects of assessment in the javelin is better than conventional teaching, to improve teaching effectiveness.4. Add the body core stability exercise is an attempt to break the routine of teaching and enrich classroom content, increased interest in the classroom ,it can be effectively avoided the tedious by the simple technique.
