The purpose of this study is that with the help of sports training, sports physiology and sports biomechanics of relevant theoretical knowledge, ordinary college basketball player to Ningbo university as a case study, analysis and understanding of core stability training in ordinary university basketball athletes jumper in the technical training effect, and through the literature material method, interview method, field observation method, experiment method and logic analysis and other research methods, analysis of the current core stability training in ordinary university basketball athletes jumper technical difficulties and problems existing in the movement. On the basis of clarifying the problem,a more effective and scientific method is found to apply the core stability training to the training of the jumping technique of ordinary college basketball players, and contribute to the improvement of the comprehensive competition level of campus basketball in China. The research methods of this paper are documentary, interview, experiment, mathematical statistics and logical analysis. The research results of this study are as follows:(1)The core stability of the average college basketball players in the experimental group and the control group was roughly the same, and the core stability of the athletes in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group after the experiment.(2)After 12 weeks of experimental intervention, the average college student athletes in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group in technical shooting rate of five point shot and three jump shots. However, there was no significant difference in the shooting rate between the experimental group and the control group in the 1-minute self-shot and self-shot project, mainly because the effect of endurance quality and sensitivity quality was more obvious than that of the other two jump shooting techniques.(3)After 12 weeks of experimental intervention, the average college student athletes in the experimental group showed significant improvement in the core stability test results,as well as the five-point shooting,one-minute self-shot,self-shot and quick-stop shooting.(4)After 12 weeks of intervention, the average college student athletes in the control group showed no significant improvement in their core stability test scores,as well as their five-point shooting,one-minute self-shot,self-shot and quick-stop shooting. But there was an overall improvement in the scores of control group athletes in the above tests. The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Core stability training has a significant improvement effect on the jumping skills of ordinary college athletes.(2)Core stability training can effectively improve the core stability and jump shot percentage of college basketball players.(3)Traditional strength training has a positive effect on improving the core stability and jump shot percentage of college basketball players, but the effect is not as significant as the core stability training. The following Suggestions are made in this study:(1)The number and coverage of samples should be further expanded in subsequent studies, for example, some experimental test samples can be selected from multiple regions and schools to ensure the accuracy and objectivity of the whole experimental results and research conclusions.(2)In the subsequent training, emphasis should be laid on analyzing how to integrate the core stability training into the existing strength training system, instead of ignoring the improvement effect of traditional strength training on the comprehensive strength quality of athletes.(3)In the daily training of jumping skills, some traditional strength training methods should be supplemented, especially to improve the strength and stability of the core area while focusing on improving the upper limb strength and the explosive power of the lower limb.(4)This study is limited to the analysis of ordinary college basketball players. Therefore, for professional athletes or high-level athletes in colleges and universities, corresponding training plans and research conclusions need to be re-analyzed and demonstrated by subsequent studies. |
