The Research On The Characteristic Of Chinese Artistic Gymnasts And Coaches Dynamic Changes

With the progress of society, competitive sport in the improving status of people's minds, the state of its importance and has continuously strengthened. In today's world, sports is not only a national science and technology and competition in comprehensive strength is competition for talent. The State to progress to the development of competitive sports, the prerequisite is to be trained a large number of sports talents. Therefore, cultivation of more and more competitive sports teams show their importance.At present, China Rhythmic Gymnasts line, second line, the proportion of three-coordinated, and lack of artistic gymnastics training, regional development imbalances increased year by year; coaches fewer, less educated, the number of athletes and coaches is relatively unbalanced . Development of Rhythmic Gymnastics at the same time the mass foundation is weak, the lack of space, training time is unreasonable, the relevant information sources is not enough time, etc.. Different effects on the development of China's artistic gymnastics team of current and future sustainable development. How to do a good job artistic gymnastics team athletes and coaches in team-building, artistic gymnastics team to achieve our sustainable development, we need serious thinking and research.In this paper, the dynamic perspective to the period 2001-2008 Artistic Gymnasts and coaches to our study, using literature data, statistics and logical analysis method for the period 2001-2008 in China first, second and third line athletes, coaches relevant statistical data and analysis. To explore this period the development of China's artistic gymnastics in the trend of changes in its laws, aimed at training rhythmic gymnastics team, the long-term planning to provide valuable advice.Results:1. Our Artistic gymnast shows the number of line, third line down, second-line upward trend, showing little of the situation in the middle two.2. Our Artistic gymnast line, second line, third line ratio inconsistency, lack of artistic gymnastics training.3. Eastern culture of China's artistic gymnasts major regions, with the gap between the central and western trend of widening year by year. Regional development imbalances increased year by year.4. Our Artistic Gymnastics Coaches smaller, less educated, the number of athletes and coaches is relatively unbalanced. 5. Our Artistic Gymnastics weak foundation for the development of the masses by lack of space, training time is unreasonable, the relevant information sources is not enough time.
