With the gradually fierce competition of our society and the tempo of quicken its own steps, so many people suffered that a problem about they must face the different degrees of sleep disorders and serious affected the physical and mental health also. The community development thinks highly expectations of education, senior middle school teachers are entrusted with the heavy task of their education and teaching, long-occupational stress so that their sleep quality was seriously affected. Physical exercise is effective in promoting human's health. However, the physical exercise on how to promote good health also need a lot of research works, the research is lacking for the relationship between physical exercise and sleep quality. By means of that aerobic exercise training for Xian yang urban senior middle school's teachers to intervene in the sleep quality of sleep research and to explore the impact on sleep quality and effectiveness of them for aerobic exercise to improve sleep quality and health status, surely go through the people-oriented concept has important practical significance.In this paper, using document materials method, expert interviews method, questionnaire survey method, experimental method, mathematical statistics, and logical analysis method so on. By the way of a questionnaire on the senior middle school's teachers of Xian yang urban area for their sleep quality and physical exercise status was investigated. On the basis of them, by aerobic exercise training method (there are 4parts of basketball, badminton, table tennis and skipping as the main content), it is 78 poor sleep quality of senior middle school's teachers that in 12 weeks experimental intervention to explore aerobic exercise about sleep quality for the practical effect on the relationship between physical exercise and sleep health in order to promote their physical and mental health.According to the survey we found that there are 26.9% of senior middle school's teachers in the poor sleep quality and mainly shows the daytime dysfunction, self-conscious sleep quality, sleep disturb and fall asleep time for four terms. Generally, the sleep qualities of male and female teachers are not having a significant difference in gender. In the physical exercise, 82.1% of senior middle school teachers are lower levers physical exercise, indicating universal lack of physical exercise, the physical exercises of male and female teachers are having a significant difference. It is highly significant for more female teachers than male teachers'lack of exercise. Using of the SPSS software package statistical analysis and the results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between the amount of physical exercise and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index having a good sleep quality, The higher the amount of physical exercise, the lower sleep quality index and the better sleep quality. The good sleep quality for teachers of moderate exercise groups in the mount moderate exercise intensity about exercise time equal to 30-60 minutes and exercise frequency is equivalent to 3-5 times every week. Description physical exercise is important to maintain good quality of sleep in one of the factors.As a result, after 12 weeks of aerobic exercise training, the senior middle school teachers overall sleep quality have been improved and effective in improving the process of their sleep quality and mainly in the subjective self-conscious sleep quality, fall asleep time and daytime dysfunction of these three factors. The senior middle school teachers of physical have been improved so quickly and the breath function of respiratory system, cardiovascular function and physical strength have been significantly improved especially. At the same time their somatization, anxiety, depression and interpersonal relationships have improved significantly, indicating that participation in aerobic exercise helps reduce stress, relieve anxiety, depression and other adverse psychological emotions, enhance relationships so that a variety of somatization on symptoms reduced to increase the lever of mental health and improved sleep quality.Studies have shown that the scientific method of aerobic exercise training about an effective way to improve the sleep quality of senior middle school's teachers. At first, the scientific method aerobics exercise is to choose participate in the sports, the time for each exercise 30-60 minutes and 3-5 times a week for using heart rate to control the exercise intensity while the heart rate control at the maximum heart rate (220-age) 60%-80% of it. At the same time each movement should pay attention to doing warming up exercise and relaxation activities as well as finished the necessary self-monitoring. The senior middle school teachers to recognize that participation in aerobic physical to develop well exercise habits and sustained. In practicing the teachers find their own kinds of aerobic exercise to promote the improvement of sleep quality, physical and mental health. At the same time we should also know that aerobic exercise is to improve the scientific sleep quality is one effective method. To improve and maintain the sleep quality, we should appreciate that physical exercise and pay attention to physical and mental health to develop good sleep habits and improve sleep health awareness.
