| Objective: to study the changes of sleep quality,body shape,body function and body quality in the subjects of experimental group and control group before and after the test,including the Pittsburgh Sleep quality scale(Pittsburgh Sleep quality scale)and the physical health test data.The differences between groups and groups before and after the experiment were analyzed,and the effects of physical exercise on the sleep quality and physique of college students were studied.Methods: a total of 80 young students aged 18 to 20 were randomly selected,including40 in the experimental group and 40 in the control group.In the experimental group,the maximal heart rate intensity was predicted by 50-80% age.Exercise 3 times a week for50 minutes,12 weeks in a row.The control group did not carry out any regular physical exercise.12 weeks before and after exercise intervention to test the body shape index,body function,quality index.Pittsburgh Sleep quality scale was used to evaluate sleep quality.SPSS was used for mathematical statistical analysis.Results:1.Effects of physical exercise on sleep:After 12 weeks of physical exercise,the sleep quality,sleep time,daytime function and total score of sleep in the experimental group were significantly higher than those before the experiment(P < 0.01),and the experimental group(sleep quality,sleep time),The daytime function and the total score of sleep were significantly different from those of the control group(P < 0.05).2.The effect of physical exercise on physique:The results were as follows:(1)in the aspect of body shape,the height of the participants changed slightly before and after the experiment(P > 0.05),but other parameters such as the weight of BMI,were significantly changed(P < 0.05).(2)after 12 weeks,the vital capacity and other physical functions of the experimental group were significantly improved(P < 0.05),but the control group had no significant change compared with the control group,and the difference between the experimental group and the control group was significant(P < 0.05).(3)after 12 weeks,the scores of male and female in the experimental group were significantly higher than those before the experiment(P < 0.05).The results of the control group were 1000 meters and 1000 meters,but the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).3.Correlation between sleep quality and physical fitness(1)the vital capacity was positively correlated with the total score of sleep,sleep quality,sleep disorder and daytime function,and the correlation coefficient was significant(P <0.01).Vital capacity was significantly correlated with sleep time and sleep efficiency(P< 0.05).(2)There was a positive correlation between 800 / 1000 meters and total sleep score,sleep quality,sleep disorder and daytime function.The correlation coefficient was statistically significant(P < 0.01).There was a significant correlation between 800 /1000 meters and sleep time and sleep efficiency(P < 0.05).Conclusion: scientific physical exercise can improve the sleep quality and physicalhealth of college students. |
